The IWG75 Series of upgraded actuators from Turbosmart boasts an enhanced 'Working Ratio' compared to the factory equipment, leading to improved boost response across the RPM range. This enhancement in the 'working ratio' is achieved by increasing the effective surface area of the diaphragm and making revisions to the springs. These modifications result in a greater leverage of forces that the actuator works against, including boost and backpressure, while maintaining super responsiveness. By upgrading with the same base pressure as the factory, you can anticipate a broader boost and torque curve. This means peak boost is achieved earlier in the RPM range and is sustained for a longer duration into higher RPM. These improvements can be further amplified with higher base pressures, although it's important to note that tuning and recalibration are likely required to maximize the benefits.

APPLICATIONS

Ford Mustang Ecoboost (2015, 2016, 2017)

FEATURES

Proprietary Silicon Nomex Diaphragm

Choice of Springs from 3psi to 26psi (Optional)

High-Grade Billet Aluminum Construction

Stainless Steel Rods and Clevis

Turbosmart Unique Locking Collar System

https://www.kamispeed.com/products/turbosmart-iwg75-15-ford-mustang-ecoboost-2-3l-10-psi-black-internal-wastegate-actuator
