When we introduced our lightweight battery option for Ford Focus RS owners, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Now, we're excited to extend that same spirit of innovation to Subaru enthusiasts everywhere. Allow us to introduce our Lightweight Battery Mount Kit for the 08-14 and 15-21 Subaru WRX and STI. Lightweight batteries offer a cost-effective means to shed unnecessary weight from your Subaru, especially considering the hefty 34lbs of the OEM battery. Our GrimmSpeed Subaru Lightweight Battery Kit slices off a substantial 19lbs from the front end of your vehicle. Moreover, installation is a breeze, requiring no cutting or drilling. The sleek design of the lightweight battery tray boasts three mounting points, ensuring a secure hold for both the tray and the battery. Plus, if you're into SCCA AutoX racing, rest assured, this setup meets tech standards with ease.

Applications

Subaru WRX STI (2008-2021)

Features

Laser cut, CNC bent aluminum bracket

Durable black or red texture powdercoat

Meant to work with Odyssey PC680 Battery (or similar size battery)

Knocks off 55% of weight as compared to OEM Battery

Easy install and removal

Compatible with the metal case for the Odyssey PC680

BATTERY NOT INCLUDED

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0025/9709/3420/files/1_47dfd32a-bd8a-4393-ba32-89d2bf25c319.jpg?v=1714749120
