The results are weld-free pipes from the turbo outlet \nto intercooler inlet and from the intercooler outlet to the throttle \nbody, without unsightly mid-pipe silicone hose couplings that can \ndisrupt flow or potentially blow off under boost. The hot and cold pipe \ndiameters are increased from the stock 2.375Ó to 2.5Ó, enhancing flow \neven further.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nThe By-Pass-Valve (BPV) gets its own hard-pipe from the cold side of the\n intercooler, maintaining the factory location and orientation. \nMaintaining this connection from the cold side ensures that cool air is \nfed back to the intake system when the valve is in bypass mode, \npreventing overheating of the air charge post turbo.
