Refund policy

In-stock, non-special-order items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is new, unused, uninstalled, unmounted, complete, and in original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted on clearance items, final sale items, special orders, opened items, installed items, mounted items, incomplete items, modified items, test-fitted items, used products, or items returned without approval.

To initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved by email before the product is shipped back. Items returned without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to sender.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee minus the complete roundtrip shipping cost. Original shipping, return shipping, and any shipping costs incurred by Kami Speed are non-refundable.

Damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or cosmetic concerns are not considered standard returns. These issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery and before installation, mounting, test-fitting, modification, use, or discarding packaging.

Photos of the product, outer box, inner packaging, shipping label, and all contents received are required for review. Customers must keep all original packaging and contents until the issue has been reviewed and resolved.

Installed, mounted, modified, test-fitted, used, or unpackaged items may not qualify for a shipping damage claim, missing item claim, return, exchange, refund, or free replacement. Claim approval is subject to carrier, manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or insurance review.

Any processed order that has not shipped may incur a 10% cancellation fee, unless the product is not available to ship within a timely manner. No cancellation fee will be incurred if the refund is issued as store credit.

International Duties and Taxes

All international orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, or other charges determined by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in Kami Speed’s product or shipping prices unless specifically stated at checkout.

Refusal to pay duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, or other required import charges may result in the shipment being returned to Kami Speed. Refused international shipments will be treated as a standard return, and all related costs, including original shipping, return shipping, refusal fees, carrier fees, customs fees, and any other charges incurred by Kami Speed, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing and logistics for in-stock international orders may take up to 7 business days before shipment, as international carrier pickups may be limited depending on the warehouse, carrier, item size, and destination.

Kami Speed reserves the right to ship using an alternative carrier or shipping method when needed to expedite delivery, reduce shipping cost, improve reliability, or accommodate the product’s size, value, or destination.
