You get a significant boost if you also manipulate the reference signal! For maximum control and lifespan, the GenV offers significant user configurability, fatigue resistance, world-class prolonged thermal performance, and best-in-class flow performance. Turbosmart's GenV External Wastegate was a completely redesigned classic, with the mounting position being the only design element carried over from the Gen4 line. The GenV family of gates boasts more features, flexibility, and performance than any other gate of its kind, thanks to internal CFD optimization and validation for optimal flow and thermal control. Our unique collar-locking system, changeable actuator cap and base for simple, 360-degree optional routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, optional liquid cooling provision, and 1/8′′ NPT reference ports make this wastegate upgrade a straight fit for all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates.

Applications

Universal

Features

HP Actuator – Up to 50psi Base Pressure
Class Leading Thermal Performance
Class Leading CFD & Bench Validated Flow Performance
Class Leading Fatigue Resistance
Optional Actuator Liquid Cooling
Rotatable / Clockable Actuator Housing
Nitronic 60 Valve Guide & High Temp 347 SS Body
17-7 PH Stainless Steel Springs
Strap Type V-band clamps

https://www.kamispeed.com/en-ca/products/turbosmart-wg40hp-gen-v-comp-gate-high-pressure-45mm-40-psi-black
